Series Selection Reference
Use the VMC Series (VMC650, VMC850, VMC855) for 3-axis milling of plates, housings, and molds requiring 8,000–12,000 RPM BT40/BBT40 spindles and 24-tool changers. Use the TCK Slant-Bed Series (TCK50, TCK52, TCK56) for batch chucking and bar work up to Ø460 mm where 45° slant-bed chip evacuation and fast turret indexing shorten cycle time. Use the CK Flat-Bed Series (CK6140, CK6150, CK6160) for shafts (750–3,000 mm), rollers, and large-bore pipe work on wide HRC 52+ box ways.
