1. Inquiry Information
When you submit an inquiry on taikanmachine.cn, we collect only three fields: Name, Email or WhatsApp number, and your machining requirements.
2. Confidentiality of Part Drawings
Any 2D drawings, 3D models, tolerance requirements, and production quantities sent to our engineering department are used solely to select machine models (VMC, TCK, or CK series) and prepare your quotation. We do not share customer drawings with third parties.
3. Data Transmission
Form submissions are sent over encrypted HTTPS connections with strict browser security headers.
